• Lead & Develop a Team – Hire, train, and mentor a team of aviation professionals to deliver top-tier service.
• Manage Operations – Oversee daily performance, scheduling, and compliance to ensure smooth workflows.
• Drive Financial Success – Monitor labor costs, budgets, and airline relationships for operational efficiency.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance – Keep operations aligned with regulations and best practices.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Leadership Mindset – You know how to motivate, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Aviation Expertise – 3-5 years in airline passenger & baggage handling, with leadership experience in a lead supervisor or manager role .
• Strong Communicator – Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy & Organized – Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Quick Problem-Solver – You stay cool under pressure and make smart decisions fast.
• Commitment & Flexibility – This is a 24/7 operation, including weekends & holidays.
