Job Title: Application Developer
Salary: $58,000 - $90,000 (Can Be Remote or Onsite)
Opportunity Overview: We are seeking an Application Developer with expertise in Mainframe VSE environment, COBOL, JCL, Sort, and CICS programming. Experience with NCR Biceps or Prompt is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and maintain high-quality program code for custom systems and software, ensuring efficiency and adherence to coding standards.
Drive innovation by proposing and implementing enhancements that elevate user experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand application functionality and streamline business processes.
Lead small teams in designing, modifying, and implementing system upgrades to align with strategic business goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts to validate system integrity and performance.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring swift issue resolution and proactive support.
Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Cultivate strong client relationships, contributing to exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal audit requirements, maintaining impeccable documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience (minimum 3 years) as a programmer analyst.
Proficiency in coding languages, database management, and client/server architectures.
