Mad City Windows and Baths is hiring immediately for Appointment Setters to join our inside sales team in Madison, WI with uncapped bonuses to earn upwards of $40/hr+ . This position is located in Madison, WI and candidates must be able to work onsite.

What You'll Do:

• Place calls and provide excellent customer service to warm generated leads
• Manage leads by tracking, following up, and closing sales to achieve sales and productivity objectives
• Be the liaison between potential customers as an inside sales representative in our team
• Perform direct sales and selling techniques for home remodeling and all of our products
• Help customers set free in-home consultations over multiple contact channels
• Promotion of company products and services to prospective and existing clients

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in a call center, customer service or sales role
• Excellent computer and phone skills with attention to detail
• Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
• High energy and willingness to learn
