Job Description

We are seeking existing team drivers for LTL freight between facilities, with a

• 100% no-touch freight and all loads within company locations.

• Drivers earn an average of $1,800-$1,988 weekly, totaling approximately $105,750 annually, at a split rate of 94.6¢ per mile (about 47.3¢ per driver).

• Compensation includes traffic pay for delays, full health benefits starting day one, weekly pay, and hourly holiday pay.

• Work schedule typically involves 5 days on, 2 days off, with a focus on operating automatic Freightliner and Kenworth trucks.

• Requirements include valid Class A CDL, 2+ years’ experience per driver, hazmat/tank/doubles endorsements, and the ability to work long distances away from home.

• Benefits also feature PTO, 401(k) with company match, on-road shower reimbursement, and access to shops and fueling stations.

• Applicants must be part of an existing team, both members applying together, and pass pre-employment drug tests.
