Clinical Practice Manager

Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center is searching for a Clinical Practice Manager. This individual will manage our Medical Oncology service line in our southern division, which is in Eugene, OR. This is our largest division and includes 11 physicians, 6 APPs and operates out of 2 sites. They will be responsible for setting and leading a culture of clinical and operational excellence. The right candidate will promote teamwork, manage through accountability and represent the service standard of always putting the patient in the center of the room. They will also continually evaluate practice strategies and execute cancer center leadership initiatives to meet changing national, state, and local needs. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
The general pay scale for this position at WVCI is $110,000-$135,000 . The actual hiring rate is dependent on many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, education, job/position responsibilities, location, work performance, etc.
