Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass commercial HVAC service sales goals.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market to grow the customer base.
• Prepare comprehensive, competitive, and profitable estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Partner with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceptional customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in commercial HVAC installation or service and at least 3 years in HVAC sales and estimating, preferably in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, plumbing, piping, and medical gas systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• A local and stable work history is required.
