Senior Accountant
100% remote

What the Senior Accountant will do…

• Assist in Payroll preparation and processing
• VMS Reconciliations
• Assist in collections and AR aging schedules
• Review vendor invoices and create payables documents within the AP subledger
• Reconcile and analyze the GL through completing balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
• Assist the Accounting team in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, etc.)

What the company needs in a Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 4+ years of Accounting experience - or public/private blend
• Very efficient in excel (able to create formulas and pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
• Candidates need to be highly motivated, adaptable, and able to communicate efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
