Hours: 8:45 -6 pm Monday through Saturday with day off on Wednesday.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to coordinate patient treatment plans, manage scheduling, and ensure seamless communication between patients, doctors, and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans and scheduling.
• Communicate treatment options and financial arrangements to patients.
• ⁠Manage patient records and documentation.
• Ensure accurate billing and insurance processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in dental administration or coordination.
• Dental terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix).
• ⁠High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Certified Dental Insurance Coordinator (CDIC) certification.
• Experience with dental insurance and billing.
• Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
