Position Summary:The W&M Raymond A. Mason School of Business is seeking a dynamic and innovative Director of Admissions & Recruitment for MBA Programs. In this vital role, the successful candidate will provide strategic, forward-looking leadership and effective management for recruiting students to the Mason School’s MBA programs. Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean for Admissions and recruitment, the Director will lead a high-performing, energetic team in support of the school’s enrollment goals in terms of student caliber and quantity. The Director will work closely with the Assistant Dean, Director of Admissions & Recruitment for Specialty Master’s programs, and Mason School counterparts to create innovative and engaging opportunities to grow enrollment and build our brand amongst prospective MBA students. The Director will research and identify relationships with alumni, corporate/University partners, industry professionals, and others to cultivate long-term relationships that will continue to promote W&M’s MBA programs nationally and internationally. The Director is dually focused on both long-term objectives as well as day-to-day internal operations and processes.

Advertised Pay Range:$90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience and internal pay equity
