Our busy dental office is looking for a reliable, friendly, and self-motivated insurance coordinator to join our team. If you have excellent people skills, a passion for patient care, and experience in a dental office, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients and create a welcoming, caring environment.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments.
• Verify insurance (PPO/Medicaid) and assist patients with billing questions.
• Ensure smooth office operations and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of dental office experience (required).
• Eaglesoft experience (preferred, but training provided for the right candidate).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
