This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business development and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will have the autonomy to develop your own desk and potentially manage multiple verticals within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and company culture.
• Engage in business development activities to expand our client base within the technology industry.
• Attend networking events and in-person meetings to foster client relationships and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for successful placements.

Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience in full-desk recruitment, with a focus on technology roles.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proximity to Manhattan to facilitate in-person client engagements.
