Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Proposal Designer and working under the mentorship of lead designers, you will assist in the development of sales decks for the Unbridled Sales Team. Gain experience working alongside internal teams at Unbridled outside of the Creative department and expand your technical skills with Adobe InDesign. In addition, you will gain tremendous experience and insight into creating graphic experiences for corporate events. Assisting with creating visual identity systems, printed collateral, and event signage for a variety of clients and event sizes. Being a part of the creative team will also be a valuable experience to understand and contribute to the bigger picture within the entire event. Being flexible, enjoying collaboration, being well organized, self-directed, and having the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Art, Graphic Design or other relevant program
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• 0+ years working in a creative department or team
• Some knowledge of print process for both large and small format items
• Ability to collect and interpret feedback
• A well-rounded portfolio of print and digital work
• Passion for design, not satisfied with status quo...always thinking of ways to improve
• Strong eye for detail
• Dedication and ability to work under pressure and not phased by tight deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks, pay close attention to detail, and to work both collaboratively and independently
• Ability to multi-task, strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills
• Must understand design in multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile

What you would be doing at Unbridled:

• Supporting our Senior Proposal Designer by
  • Creating, editing, and organizing graphic assets
  • Updating existing sales decks with some creative oversight
  • Developing page layouts and designs based on both Unbridled and client branding
• Shadowing the Senior Proposal Designer to understand the full scope of pitch deck design within the context of our Sales Team’s needs
• Opportunity to sit in on meetings where you will get exposure to Unbridled’s Sales process and how the Creative & Content and Strategy teams work to support the goal of winning new business
• Assisting in creation, thematic development and production of creative collateral for client accounts, including: logos/visual identity, printed collateral, signage design, and digital assets
• Production (text layout, graphic and diagram creation, proofing, print and preparation) of event materials
• Project and timeline management
• Setting final files up for print, assisting with vendor communications and proofing
• Must embody the Unbridled brand and culture, including: character, change, credibility, and community

Schedule and Pay Range:

• Hourly Rate Range: $20 Per Hour 
• Schedule: 24-25 hours per week
• This is a 100% in-office role
