We are looking for someone who enjoys working with adolescents who struggle with mental health issues and have difficulty forming healthy relationships.- This position offer evening shifts and potentially some weekends- Full-time (shift is 1:30pm-9:30pm and 2:30pm-10:30pm)- Opportunity to grow into other positions- Great family environment where you are valued as an employerLife Coach: Coaches have a unique and valuable role in the program. You are vital to treatment being successful. You will solely spend your time with the students. You are an active participant with the students, while modeling our program and keeping the group safety. You provide structure, physical and emotional safety, and leadership to students in the therapeutic and academic milieu. Coaches also work closely with the Clinical and Academic Staff to support individual students progress in their treatment. This can only be done through strong interpersonal relationship skills, proactive interventions, and involvement. Responsibilities include:Develop positive working relationships with students through:Teaching and modeling the principles found in the Anatomy of PeaceDaily interaction modeling healthy relationships and appropriate boundaries in the milieuModel collaborative problem solving, relationship skills and life skillsRespond calmly and appropriately to crises situations using Aegis trainingFoster treatment alliances with the students.
