Company Overview: We are seeking a talented React.js Developer to join our client's team in Westlake Village. This is a permanent, onsite position where you'll collaborate with a diverse team of developers and engineers to create innovative solutions in a dynamic work environment. Position: React.js Developer Location: Westlake Village, CA (Onsite) Employment type: Permanent Responsibilities: Implement new features and maintain existing codebase using React.js and other tools within the React ecosystem (Node.js, Yarn). Design software solutions that align with project requirements and contribute to the overall architecture. Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing React systems, including bug fixing and performance improvements. Update and manage package dependencies, resolving any conflicts that arise. Collaborate with offshore developers to design and implement front-end and back-end architectures, including APIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or related technical field. Proficiency in React.js and experience with the NEXT.js framework using TypeScript. Ability to optimize web applications and analyze metrics (Core Web Vitals, RUM). Experience implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and improve conversions. Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, version control software, and remote deployment tools. Preferred Skills (Good to have): Experience using web sockets for real-time applications. Knowledge of Accessibility frameworks and WCAG standards.
