Pay Range: $34hr - $44hr


Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting, specifically fund accounting, and financial analysis experience in a hospital or similar environment.
• Experience as a Senior or Lead Financial/Budget Analyst, with the ability to train and develop junior analysts.
• Demonstrated experience in developing new financial reports, tracking and reporting on KPIs, budget/variance analysis (researching and explaining variances), and financial modeling (creating, building, and maintaining).

Technical Skills:

• dvanced Excel proficiency, including v-lookups, pivot tables, sum-ifs, and working with large linked files.
• Familiarity with major financial ERPs, such as Infor Lawson.
• Understanding of GAAP, the General Ledger, and the Chart of Accounts.

Other Skills:

• Strong analytical ability to interpret and explain financial data.
• Extremely detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proven ability to multi-task and meet competing deadlines.
• Capable of working independently under general direction.
• quick learner able to adapt to new processes or tools.

Interpersonal and Team Skills:

• Experience working collaboratively with Finance, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and external vendors.

Exclusions:

• Candidates at the Director level or higher are not being considered.
