The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Real Estate to spearhead the strategic management of its real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's facilities and operations are in line with its broader business goals. This executive role demands a highly experienced leader in real estate portfolio management, facility operations, and strategic cost management. Key responsibilities include leading the real estate portfolio strategy, overseeing lease negotiations, and ensuring compliance with all real estate requirements. The role also involves leading the facilities management team, developing and executing processes to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency, and managing financial aspects to drive cost-effective strategies. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in corporate real estate and facilities management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large commercial real estate portfolios, strong skills in contract negotiations, and expertise in leasing strategies and complex build projects.
